Terms of Service

1. Definitions

Host, you

A person who uses the App to create, publish or manage an invitation.

Guest

A person who opens a Page through its link. Guests do not need an account and are bound by these Terms only to the extent of Section 10.

Invitation

Everything you enter for one function or set of functions: names, lines about hosts and parents, wording, event titles, dates, times, venues, addresses, map links, notes, photos, template, music and languages.

Page

The public web page generated from a published Invitation, reachable through its link.

Level

A one-time purchase, Silver, Gold, Diamond or Platinum, bought through Google Play, that lets you publish one Invitation and unlocks the features of that level for it.

Content

Text, photos and choices you put into an Invitation, and anything you write in a reply or report.

Content Rules

The rules in Section 7.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

You accept these Terms by using the Service. Before you publish your first Invitation the App asks you to confirm that you have read these Terms and the Content Rules; we record the date and version you accepted. If we change the Terms materially, the App will ask you to accept the new version before your next publish. If you do not agree, do not publish and delete your account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the App. The App is not for children and is not directed to them. You may use the App on behalf of your family or a household you are part of; you remain responsible for what is published from your account. A business may use the App for its own functions; it may not resell the Service or offer invitation-making as its own service on top of ours.

4. Account & Security

You can make drafts without signing in; they stay on your phone. Publishing, buying a level and AI writing require signing in, with a Google account, a phone number (we text a one-time code) or an email address and password; one person, one account. You are responsible for keeping your way of signing in secure (your Google account, your phone or your password) and for everything published from your account. Tell us at once if you believe someone else is using it. You may delete your account at any time inside the App (how), which takes down every Page you published.

5. The Service

The App lets you create an Invitation in Hindi, Marathi or English (with a second language on the same card from the Gold level up), choose from our templates, add photos and music from our library, preview it in full, publish it as a Page and share the link. Guests reply on the Page; you see the counts and names in the App and may receive a notification per reply.

Making and previewing are free; the preview carries a “Preview” mark. Publishing needs one level for that Invitation. Every template belongs to a level and shows that level and its price before you start; a level unlocks the features below, and anything you add that needs a higher level (for example more functions or photos) is shown before you pay.

Before a level is bought, an Invitation has one AI writing try. Features may be added or adjusted over time (Section 20); what a level you have already bought unlocks will not be reduced for that Invitation.

6. Licence to Use the Service

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on Android devices you own or control and to use the Service for your own invitations, in accordance with these Terms and Google Play’s terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, resell or build a competing product from the App, the templates or the Pages, except where the law allows notwithstanding this clause.

7. Content Rules & Acceptable Use

An Invitation is a notice of a real function to people you know. These rules exist because fake “wedding invitation” links are a common fraud, and because Pages are public to anyone with the link. You agree that an Invitation, a reply or a report will never contain or be used for:

1. Money or credentials. No request for money, gifts in cash, UPI or bank details, OTPs, passwords or PINs; no payment buttons, QR codes or forms. The Service has no gift or payment feature by design.
2. Downloads and outside links. No file to download (APK or otherwise) and no links other than the Google Maps link and calendar file the App creates.
3. Impersonation. No invitation in the name of a person, family, organisation, government body, bank or brand that has not asked you to send it; no page designed to look like an official notice.
4. Sexual, violent or hateful content. No nudity or sexual content, no threats or incitement, no content that attacks people for their religion, caste, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, disability or similar.
5. Harm to children. Zero tolerance. Any sexualised content involving a minor is removed, the account is terminated and the matter is reported to the authorities.
6. Other people’s rights. No photos or names used without the right to use them; no copyrighted artwork, characters, logos or music that you do not hold a licence for (you cannot upload music at all; see Section 16).
7. Deception and spam. No false function, no mass-sent links to strangers, no use of replies or exported guest lists for marketing or any purpose the guests did not expect.
8. Interference. No attempts to bypass the App’s checks, flood Pages with replies or reports, probe our servers, or use the Service in a way that burdens it unreasonably.
9. Illegal content. Nothing that is illegal where you are or where your guests are.

You are responsible for the truth of what your Invitation says and for having permission from the people whose names and photos appear on it. Dates, venues and directions are yours to get right.

8. Checks, Reports & Enforcement

• Automatic checks. When you publish, the text of your Invitation is checked by rules for money, OTP, link and download patterns and a short list of explicit words, and new photos are rated by Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch. If anything is flagged, the Invitation is not published and is queued for a human check within 24 hours. You will see this in the App. Nothing is published silently with a flag.
• Reports. Every Page has a Report link and the App has a Report button, including for AI-written text. A person reads every report within 24 hours.
• Actions we may take, at our reasonable discretion and without liability to you: decline to publish; take a Page down (the link then answers “this page has been removed”); delete photos; block an account from publishing; terminate an account; preserve records of a violation; report to the authorities where the law requires or where people are at risk. For scams and harm to children we act immediately and without prior notice. For other cases we tell you what was removed and why, and you may answer by email (Contact).
• No obligation to monitor. We run the checks above because we choose to; they do not make us the author or publisher of your Content, and they can miss things. A Page being live does not mean we have approved it.

9. Your Content & Licence to AppskKuber

You own your Content. So that we can provide the Service, you grant AppskKuber a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, resize, format, render, cache, transmit and display your Content as part of the App and your Pages, to create the preview image and calendar file for your Page, and to keep copies as these Terms and the Privacy Policy allow. The licence lasts as long as your Content is in the Service and ends when you delete it, except for copies we must keep by law or to document a violation. We claim no other rights in your Content and never use it to promote the Service without your written permission.

You represent that you have every right needed to grant this licence, including the consent of the people shown in your photos and named on your card.

10. Guests and Their Replies

Guests may open a Page and reply without agreeing to anything beyond this section: a reply must give a real name and be made by or for the people it counts; a guest may not reply repeatedly under different names, flood a Page or submit false reports. A guest’s reply is delivered to the host and to nobody else.

Hosts receive guests’ names and answers for the purpose of the function. You agree to use them only for that purpose, to keep any export safe, and to delete them when the function is over if a guest asks. Under data protection law you are responsible for your guest list; we process it on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Levels

• A level is a one-time purchase for one Invitation. It is not a subscription and does not renew. It applies to the Invitation you were working on when you bought it and cannot be moved to another Invitation or another account.
• The price is shown in the App, in your local currency, before you buy, and includes applicable taxes where Google Play collects them.
• A level lets you publish that Invitation and unlocks the features of that level in the table in Section 5, including a Page that stays up for one year after the last function. To move up later you buy the higher level; Google Play cannot charge the difference, and the higher level then applies.
• Your purchase is verified with Google Play by our servers before features unlock. A purchase Google reports as pending (for example a payment method that needs time to clear) unlocks when Google confirms it; the App shows the pending state.
• If Google refunds, revokes or charges back a level, the Invitation keeps the highest level it still holds from other purchases. If what is left does not cover its template and what you added, the Page is taken offline (the link says the page is no longer available) and the Invitation returns to your drafts with the same link; you can publish it again after buying a level. Nothing you typed and no reply is lost.

12. Purchases through Google Play

All purchases are made through Google Play Billing, and Google LLC is the seller of record. The Google Play Terms of Service apply to the transaction. We never receive your payment details. There is no way to pay us directly for in-app features, and nothing in the App or on a Page offers one.

13. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy: request one from your Google Play order history. Because a level unlocks digital features immediately, we do not offer additional refunds beyond Google’s policy, except where the law gives you a right we cannot exclude or where a level you paid for did not unlock through our fault; in that case write to us with your Google order number and we will fix the unlock or ask Google to refund. When a refund is granted, the Invitation is handled as described in Section 11.

14. Page Life, Expiry & Removal

• A Page is live from the moment you publish until one year after the last function on the card, or until you take it down.
• After expiry the link shows a short notice that the celebration has taken place. The Page content, photos, calendar file and every guest reply are deleted; your counts stay in the App, and the Invitation text stays in your account until you delete it.
• You can edit a published Invitation; the link stays the same and shows the new content within about a minute. You can take a Page down at any time from the App; the link then answers “this page has been removed”.
• We may remove a Page under Section 8, and we may remove Pages and accounts that have been dormant for more than three years after notice in the App and, where the account has one, by email.
• The Service is run with care but is not a guarantee that a link will be reachable at a given moment. Keep your guests’ phone numbers; for a function, a link is one channel, not the only one.

15. AI Features

The default wording of your card comes from our pre-written library and involves no AI. Optionally, the “Write it in my words” feature sends one line of yours, the names on the card, the occasion and the tone to a large language model (Google Vertex AI) and returns two versions, as the Privacy Policy describes. You agree that:

• generated text is a suggestion that can be wrong, odd or unsuitable; you read it before it goes on your card and you are responsible for what you publish;
• the number of tries is limited by tier (Section 5) and a failed or filtered try is not counted;
• we filter prompts and outputs and may decline a request without explanation;
• you will report unsuitable output with the Report button rather than publish it;
• we may change or withdraw the feature at any time.

Templates, motifs and colours in the App are designed by people, not generated, and contain no characters, celebrities or brand marks.

16. Music, Templates & Fonts

Music on a Page comes only from our library of tracks licensed by AppskKuber for use on Pages. You cannot upload music, and you may not replace, extract or reuse our tracks outside a Page. The licence we hold allows a track to play on your Page for guests; it does not transfer to you. Our templates and motifs are our copyrighted designs; the fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License and other licences that permit this use. You may not copy templates, motifs or tracks to another service.

17. Intellectual Property

The App, the Pages’ design and code, the templates, motifs, wording library, the Welvite name and logo and all related marks are the property of AppskKuber or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms gives you a right to use our name or marks, except the “made with Welvite” line the App places on Silver and Gold Pages. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.

18. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on Google (Firebase, Play, Cloud) and Cloudflare, and links to Google Maps and to the messaging app you choose. Their terms govern your use of them. We are not responsible for their availability or for how they handle data, beyond our own obligations under the Privacy Policy. A WhatsApp or other messenger showing a preview of your Page is that messenger fetching the public Page, not us sending it anything.

19. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect from hosts and guests and why. It is part of these Terms.

20. Changes to the Service

We may add, change or remove features, templates, tracks and languages, and may discontinue the Service with at least 90 days’ notice in the App and, where the account has one, by email, during which you can take your data and your Pages continue to serve. Features already unlocked by a level are not reduced for that Invitation while it is live.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms. The Effective Date and Version change with every revision; material changes are announced in the App at least 14 days before they take effect, and you must accept the new version before your next publish. Continuing to use the Service after the Effective Date is acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.

22. Suspension & Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend publishing from, or terminate, an account that breaks these Terms, is used for fraud or harm, or is required to be closed by law, as described in Section 8. On termination your Pages are taken down and your data is handled as the Privacy Policy describes. Sections that by their nature should survive (9 as to kept copies, 17, 23 to 28) survive termination. Google Play purchases are not refunded on termination for a violation, to the extent the law allows.

23. Disclaimers of Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppskKuber disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a Page will be reachable at every moment, that a messenger will show its preview, that every guest will be able to reply, that AI-generated text will be accurate, or that the Service will meet your requirements. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or other consumer law that cannot be excluded.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppskKuber and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from the Service, including a Page that was unavailable or was removed under these Terms, a reply that did not arrive, a date or venue entered incorrectly, or the conduct of guests or other hosts. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service in any twelve-month period will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us through Google Play in that period and INR 2,000. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct.

25. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppskKuber and its owner from claims, damages and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your Content, your breach of these Terms or the Content Rules, your use of guests’ data, or your infringement of another person’s rights. We will notify you of such a claim and let you take over its defence where appropriate, at your cost.

26. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to Section 27 and to any non-excludable right to sue in your own country as a consumer, the courts at Rewa, Madhya Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers in India may also approach the consumer commission with jurisdiction under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

27. Dispute Resolution

Write to us first (Contact, subject “Dispute”); most problems are a wrong unlock, a missing reply or a misunderstanding about a removal, and we answer within 30 days. If we cannot resolve it, either side may go to the courts named in Section 26. Nothing here prevents you from using the Google Play refund process or from complaining to a data protection authority.

28. General Provisions

• Force majeure. We are not liable for failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages at Google or Cloudflare, network failures, government action or natural events.
• Severability. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force and the provision is read as narrowly as needed to be enforceable.
• Waiver. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to a successor of the Service, with notice to you.
• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and AppskKuber about the Service and replace any earlier understanding.
• Notices. We notify you in the App or at the email address on your account, if it has one. You notify us at the address in Section 29.
• Language. These Terms are written in English; the App explains the Content Rules in Hindi and English. The English text governs.
